How do I activate an employee for ShiftShark?

To activate an employee for ShiftShark you will require administrator level access over editing employees. If you don't have these privileges please contact your system administrator or the Includables.

  • Access the profile page for the employee
  • Ensure the employee has an Hours Classification set under the Compensation tab
  • On the right side of the screen, click the ShiftShark tab.
  • Check the check box that says ShiftShark and then set the number Shiftshark should contact. Note that you must enter this number as an employee contact point for it to appear here.
  • Finally set the employee's preference for either text contact or voice contact.
