How do I cancel a call?

Mobile (Desktop method below) 

To cancel a shift you must open the shift details menu by touching on the details tab in the top right corner of the screen. This will open the shift details menu.

Then touch the button that says Cancel Shift. This will not only cancel the process and take you back to the homepage but it will also send a cancellation message to any employees you have contacted with your call list. 

 

Desktop

To cancel a shift look to the right side of your screen and find the button that says Cancel Shift in your shift details. Click this button.
