I Can't Edit or Confirm a Shift!

Shifts that no longer have buttons are locked

The reasons you may not be able to edit or confirm a shift are:

  • The shift is in a department that Time Entry is not enabled for (speak to your manager)
  • The shift is for a future date in time, you can only edit or confirm shifts that have already happened
  • The shift has been locked by your manager, this means your manager has finalized the shift for payroll

If this is a shift in the past however than something might be going on. Give us a ring at 1-866-884-3451!
