I Can't Edit or Confirm a Shift!
Shifts that no longer have buttons are locked
The reasons you may not be able to edit or confirm a shift are:
- The shift is in a department that Time Entry is not enabled for (speak to your manager)
- The shift is for a future date in time, you can only edit or confirm shifts that have already happened
- The shift has been locked by your manager, this means your manager has finalized the shift for payroll
- The set lockdown (cutoff) time for the pay period has been reached. For any additional changes, contact your manager
