Why is the schedule copying multiple times?

This problem is usually caused by multiple clicks of the Copy button. Every time you click the button the schedule creates a new copy. Therefore to only copy once simply click once. It can take awhile for the schedule grid to load so hold tight before clicking again!

If you have copied multiple times check out some steps below that will help you to fix that. 

To eliminate the multiple copies set up your copy function to be exactly the same as you had it before. However this time click Replace existing shifts in target period. under the title Copied Shifts Should:. Then click the Copy button. 

You'll notice that all your duplicate shifts have disappeared and you are ready to keep going!
