I can't see any shifts from a department in Daily Pay. Help!
Alright here's a list of steps you can take to fix the problem!
Note: If you can see some shifts for the department but not all in Daily Pay click here. This tutorial is for if you can't see any shifts from a particular department.
1. Check the dates at the top of the Daily Pay screen to make sure they match the pay period you want to see shifts for. Use the buttons Prev PP or Next PP to get to the pay period you want. Then press the button Load Schedules.
Did that work? You'll be able to tell because hours should appear in the column titled Scheduled Hours or actual Hours. If it didn't work continue on to step 2.
2. Get to the Time Approval screen for that department and the desired pay period. If you don't know how to get there click here to learn.
3. Click the button that says Summary of Approved Hours.
4. A chart with details on approved and unapproved hours will appear. Check the chart to see how many unapproved hours there are. If there are any unapproved hours, approve them and try step 1 again.
