Why can't I find a specific shift in Time Approval?
So you're looking for a specific shift in Time Approval but its not there. Here's a run through of things you can do to find it.
1. On the far left side of your screen you should see a tab called Summary of Approved Hours. This will display a list of employees. Find the employee who is working the shift you are looking for. Click the number under the column Total. Alternatively you can select the Date tab and choose the Total for the date the shift was on.
The chart should then show all the hours scheduled for that employee. You should be able to find the shift in here. If you still can't see the shift give the Includables a call and they'll help you figure out what's going on.
