  • Chart function to add various types of graphs to your report

  • Create the various charts by completing the fields indicated below.

  • All charts created will appear below the original table created by the report. Scroll down to view.

  • Pie Chart:

    • Label Column: Choose the column you wish to use for your categories from the drop down.

    • Data Column: Select from the drop down.

      • Note that only columns with numerical values will be available for use in the Data Column.

    • Data Aggregation: Select the type of function you wan to use for your data.

    • Click Add.

  • Bar Chart:

    • Label Column: Choose the column you wish to use for your categories from the drop down.

    • Data Column: Select from the drop down.

      • Note that only columns with numerical values will be available for use in the Data Column.

    • Data Aggregation : Select the type of function you wan to use for your data.

    • Click Add.

  • Line Chart:

    • X-Axis Column: Select the column to be used for your marks on the X axis (horizontal).

    • Y-Axis Column: Select from the drop down the column to be used for your marks on the Y axis (vertical).

      • Note that only columns with numerical values will be available for use in the Y-Axis Column.

    • Data Aggregation: Select the type of function you wan to use for your data.

    • Click Add.

  • Curved Line Chart:

    • X-Axis Column:Select the column to be used for your marks on the X axis (horizontal).

    • Y-Axis Column:Select from the drop down the column to be used for your marks on the Y axis (vertical).

      • Note that only columns with numerical values will be available for use in the Y-Axis Column.

    • Data Aggregation: Select the type of function you wan to use for your data.

    • Click Add.

  • Scatter Plot:

    • X-Axis Column:Select the column to be used for your reference point on the X axis (horizontal).

    • Y-Axis Column:Select the column to be used for your reference point on the Y axis (vertical).

    • Click Add.
