How do I load schedules into Daily Pay?

So you're done you're schedule and now you want to load that data into Daily Pay. Great! If your organization has time approval click here to get a better guide. If you need help finding the Daily Pay module see the Finding Daily Pay tutorial.

1. A new window titled Daily Pay should appear. In the top left corner of the screen the system says which Pay Period it is working in currently. Use the Prev PP, and Next PP buttons to select the Pay Period you wish to load a schedule for. Press the button that says Load Schedule




2. If the Schedule loaded correctly there should be a change in the scheduled hours column (Unless the schedule had none).  You're done! The schedule is loaded. 

If there isn't any hours in the scheduled Hours column make sure the schedule's start and end dates match the pay period.
